Habitat in Oxford is governed by a twelve-member board, all of whom are engaged in voluntary planning and support activities. Monthly meetings are open to the public.
Individual volunteers are welcomed and encouraged to participate in ongoing home construction and repair projects.
Organizations often play important roles also, through contributions of labor, materials and promotional efforts. Different kinds of beneficial partnerships are tailorable to all parties’ needs.
Of course, funding is always welcome – in a variety of ways, shapes and forms. We are registered with IRS and State of Mississippi as a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation, so both cash and in-kind donations may be tax-deductible.
